These Terms & Conditions apply to the website and travel services provided directly by Sheema Travels (Pvt) Ltd. By using our website, accepting a quotation, paying for a booking or using our services, you agree to the terms relevant to that booking.
1. Our Services
Sheema Travels arranges private tours, chauffeur-driven transport, airport and hotel transfers, accommodation, excursions, activities and other travel-related services. Some parts of a booking may be provided by independent third-party suppliers.
2. Quotations & Availability
All quotations are based on information available when prepared. Hotel rooms, vehicles, tickets and other services remain subject to availability until confirmed.
3. Currency & Pricing
Prices may be quoted in USD, LKR, or the currency stated in your quotation or invoice. Where payment is made in another currency, bank or payment-provider exchange rates and fees may apply.
4. Payments
The payment amount and schedule for a booking will be stated in the quotation, invoice or booking confirmation. Selected VIP, luxury or specially reserved vehicles may require a non-refundable deposit where clearly disclosed before payment.
5. Cancellations & Refunds

6. Changes to a Booking
Please notify us as early as possible if you want to change travel dates, passenger numbers, hotels, route, vehicle type or other booking details. Changes remain subject to availability and may affect the final price.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate passenger, contact and travel information.
- Check names, dates, flight details and booking information.
- Hold valid passports, visas and required travel documents.
- Inform us of relevant special requirements before the service begins.
- Follow local laws and reasonable safety instructions during the trip.
8. Travel Documents
Customers are responsible for reviewing travel documents and notifying us promptly if any material detail is incorrect. Supplier-issued documents may have restrictions on changes, refunds or transfers.
9. Health, Insurance & Personal Safety
Travellers are responsible for obtaining appropriate medical advice, required vaccinations, travel insurance and health-related documentation relevant to their trip.
10. Third-Party Suppliers
Hotels, airlines, activity providers and other independent suppliers are responsible for the services they directly provide. Where a supplier changes or cancels a service, we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
11. Force Majeure
Sheema Travels is not responsible for losses or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, strikes, civil disturbance, government restrictions, public-health emergencies or flight disruption.
12. Website Use
The website may be used only for lawful purposes. Users must not attempt to damage, interfere with or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
13. Intellectual Property
